Running Fitness Test (FTP & Heart Rate Zones)

Conducted outdoors, this test measures your Functional Threshold Pace, heart rate zones, and lactate threshold to help you train smarter and avoid overtraining.

  • Heart rate zones tailored to you
  • Lactate threshold to optimise endurance

Location:

  • Outdoors on a flat, uninterrupted route

Session Overview (90 mins):
