What to bring with you.

To ensure you’re fully prepared for your session, we recommend bringing:

  • A wetsuit (if preferred) or just your swimming costume. (A wetsuit can be provided)
  • A swim cap for visibility and warmth. (can be provided)
  • A towel or dry robe to stay warm after your swim.
  • Warm clothes and a hot drink for post-swim comfort.
